On 8 August 2016, “The Cooperation Agreement about Solid Waste Treatment by Cement Kiln Project in Zhong County” was officially signed among Conch Venture, ?the government of Zhong County and Chongqing Conch Cement.The total capacity of this project is 600 t/d, which will be constructed by 2 stages. The first stage of the project will be constructed to have a 300 t/d capacity.

Before the signing ceremony, Mr Guo Jingbin, the Chairman of Conch Venture met with the delegation of Mr. Jiangxia, the head of Zhong County.

Mr. Guo Jingbin warmly welcomed the delegation of Mr. Jiang. He introduced the plan of development of Conch Venture. He also pointed that, the solid waste treatment by cement kiln is the most efficient way to deal with industrial solid and hazardous waste currently.
Mr Ji Qinying, the general manager of Conch Venture recalled the old days when Chongqing Conch Cement plant was first built in Zhong County, and those difficulties they had ever overcome with the support of the local government. He also showed his gratitude to the long-term support from the government of Zhong County.

Mr. Jiang introduced the economy development of Zhong County and expressed his determination to work together with Conch Veture to make sure that the project could be able to put into construction as early as possible.
Accompanied by leaders of Conch Venture, the delegation also visited the equipment manufacturing workshop and exhibition hall.
